Job Description

Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire Claim Advisor, Auto. To meet our customers' needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.*Note: work hours depend on the needs of the department.

Accountabilities:
  • Review insurance policy and coverages
  • Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability
  • Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.
  • Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement

Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of customer service experience
  • Previous auto adjuster experience preferred
  • Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation
  • Fluency in other languages, is a strong asset

Compensation

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 47,800.00 - 73,000.00 annually.  Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
