Paradigm in seeking a Claims Contract Attorney to support our client, a global leader in the legal services space. In this role, you will be responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters.
Type: 6 Month contract

Responsibilities of the Claims Contract Attorney:
- Analyze claim documents
- Prepare detailed responses to written inquiries of claimants and counsel
- Field telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
- Receive training, direction and oversight from project team members
- Practice exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (preferred)
- Litigation experience preferred
- Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
- Professionalism, responsiveness and high attention to detail
