Paradigm is seeking a Claims Contract Attorney to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. We are seeking attorneys to join a project team with an immediate focus on product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. This role involves critical responsibilities in claim analysis, addressing complex inquiries, and delivering exceptional client service.
Type: 6+ months contract
Pay: $32hr
Location: Remote in approved locations

As a Claims Contract Attorney you will:
- Analyzing claim documents
- Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel
- Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
- Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project co-ordinators, and/or other project team members
- "Best-in-class” customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients. The highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are required.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
- Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Litigation experience preferred
- Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
