Claims Processor (Remote) 

Are you detail-oriented with claims experience and looking for a remote opportunity where your performance is rewarded? We’re hiring Claims Processors to join our team!

Pay & Schedule:

• Training Pay: $18/hour (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM EST) 8 weeks
• Post-Training Pay: Piece rate or Subsidy 18/hour
  • Hitting standard goals? Earn $18/hour
  • High performers have the potential to earn more moving to Piece Rate pay
• Production Hours: Start at 8 AM EST and work until "clean desk" meaning your day ends when the work is complete

Important Requirement:
You must be comfortable working on camera for your full shift during both training and team meetings This is a key part of the role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous claims processing or related experience
• Strong keyboard and MS Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• High school diploma or GED

Additional Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must pass a criminal background check (includes employment and education verification)
• Must have reliable internet (Download ≥ 25 Mbps, Upload ≥ 5 Mbps, Ping ≤ 175 ms)
• Must connect via Ethernet (not Wi-Fi)
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state (see list below)

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $18.00 per hour.
