Own client-facing analytics and attribution: establish baselines, implement tracking and lead-to-sale matching, run holdout and lift experiments, quantify cost avoidance, build cross-client benchmarks, and translate findings into clear ROI narratives that inform pricing, product, and renewal conversations.

Lahzo is changing how businesses grow through AI-powered sales and marketing solutions. Founded in 2023 and backed by strong investors, we've built the perfect revenue growth flywheel by combining enterprise-grade AI Sales Agents with hyper-targeted digital advertising. Our integrated platform helps businesses across industries like RV, Marine, Powersports, Heavy Agriculture, and Specialty Healthcare attract, engage, and convert customers 24/7.
We've achieved remarkable results for our clients, including 33% increases in leads, 3x higher click-through rates, and 30% lower cost per lead compared to traditional advertising methods. As we scale our impact, we're looking for a dynamic Analytics Consultant who can prove, in every client's own numbers, that Lahzo's AI Sales Engine drives measurable revenue and cost savings.
As Analytics Consultant, you'll own the end-to-end practice that turns Lahzo's results into proof: client baselines, direct and indirect attribution, cost avoidance analysis, and cross-client benchmarking. You'll partner closely with Account Management, Product, and Sales to make Lahzo's value undeniable to every client, across every vertical and every account size. This role sits at the intersection of client-facing analytics and revenue proof.
What You’ll Do

Client Discovery & Baseline

  • Run discovery with client stakeholders to map their current funnel and systems (CRM, ad accounts, POS, DMS, or EHR), and collect the data needed to establish an honest starting point.
  • Build the “before” picture for each client ahead of launch: current lead volume, response times, conversion rates, and spend. A baseline only exists if it's captured before go-live.

Attribution & Measurement

  • Stand up UTM conventions, persistent lead IDs, and lead-to-sale matching methods, including manual matches like phone-number reconciliation, so results trace end to end into the client's own systems.
  • Design and run controlled tests, such as holdout groups, to answer whether results are truly incremental, and quantify lift rather than correlation.
  • Quantify cost avoidance and efficiency gains: reduced cost per acquisition, labor and time saved, and other value that doesn't show up as a sale.

Benchmarking & Insight

  • Define the ROI methodology and framework: Define and own Lahzo's proprietary return-on-AI agent sales methodology, a repeatable, defensible framework that becomes a core part of Lahzo's value proposition and sales narrative, not just an internal reporting process.
  • Build and maintain cross-client, cross-vertical benchmarks (for example, appointment versus lead conversion rates) that inform pricing, packaging, and client-specific goal-setting.
  • Turn analysis into a clear, defensible narrative: identify what's working, what isn't, and what to do next, for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Architect the measurement framework as a persistent operational engine, ensuring ROI transparency scales alongside agent performance and client results; this visibility should integrate directly into the client experience, transforming renewals into a seamless verification of validated data.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to translate the measurement framework into a named, market-facing capability, ROI proof as a product feature and differentiator.
  • Work across every vertical and account size, adapting methodology to a client's systems and sophistication, from a small independent dealer to a large multi-location group.
Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of deep experience in management consulting or analytics roles, with a proven track record of delivering insights to executive-level external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in both direct revenue attribution and advanced incremental measurement techniques, including lift analysis and holdout testing to isolate true performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to quantify operational efficiency and cost avoidance beyond standard sales attribution metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL with the ability to build and optimize complex queries; this is a hands-on role requiring direct interaction with multi-source datasets.
  • Proven success in data reconciliation across fragmented systems like CRM, POS, and ad platforms, including the development of underlying ETL and matching logic.
  • Strong background in statistical design, capable of executing end-to-end experimental tests while controlling for confounders and interpreting significance accurately.
  • Direct experience with attribution modeling, including multi-touch (MTA), media mix modeling (MMM), or geo-lift experimentation.
  • Skilled in data governance, having established consistent and defensible frameworks from conflicting business rules and disparate data sources.
  • High fluency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with the skill to transform raw, unstructured data into sophisticated visual reports.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI-assisted analysis platforms like Hex or PostHog to accelerate the transition from raw data to validated business insights.
  • Technical mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, including the ability to audit platform reporting and troubleshoot tracking issues like UTMs and pixels.
  • Competency in Python or R to handle complex data cleaning, automation, and statistical modeling that exceeds the capabilities of standard BI tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate discovery phases and translate technical findings into a narrative that builds trust with clients.
  • Agility to work across various industry verticals and account sizes, tailoring analytical methodologies to fit each client's unique technical sophistication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM or DMS platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or dealership- and healthcare-specific systems.
  • Server-side and conversions API tracking experience, such as Meta CAPI or Google Enhanced Conversions.
  • Cloud data warehouse exposure (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar) for querying data at scale beyond a single client's system.
  • Experience defining a UTM convention, lead-ID schema, or event-tracking standard meant to be applied consistently across many accounts.
  • Background in marketing attribution or agency analytics consulting.

Skills & Attributes

  • Analytical and data-driven, with the judgment to know when a lightweight directional answer beats a perfect one that arrives too late.
  • A benchmarking mindset: has built or maintained a comparable metric across many accounts or segments, not just reported one account's numbers well.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into a story a skeptical client believes as their own truth.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working directly inside a client's systems and processes, not just from a dashboard.
  • Detail-oriented, with the rigor to catch conflicting data and the pragmatism to resolve it quickly.
  • Curious about AI-powered marketing and sales technology and how it changes what's measurable.
Compensation
  • Base: $100 to $135K
  • Equity: Equity package

Benefits

Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, 401k retirement plan, unlimited PTO, a flexible remote-first culture, and most of all, a collaborative, high-trust environment where your ideas matter.

Why Join Us

  • Solve the problem that matters most right now: proving ROI is the single biggest lever on retention and growth at Lahzo today.
  • Direct executive visibility: your findings shape pricing, packaging, and renewal conversations across the whole client base, not just one account.
  • Build the playbook once, apply it everywhere: your methodology becomes the standard across every vertical, from RV and marine dealers to elective healthcare.
  • See your work in every renewal: account teams walk into renewal conversations with your numbers, and clients already trust them.
  • Smart, collaborative team: work with curious, driven people building products that create real, measurable impact.
