We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Client Customer Experience Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and empowering teams to reach their full potential. In this role, you’ll lead at least two supervisors and their teams across multiple client programs, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This role helps us provide exceptional support while also managing our accounts receivable.
You’ll be a coach, a strategist, and a culture-builder—driving performance, mentoring talent, and fostering a high-impact environment where employees feel supported and customers feel valued.
What You’ll Do

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 8+ years of customer support experience, with 6+ years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong command of Microsoft Office; Salesforce/Service Cloud experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Empathy-driven leadership style with a “get it done” attitude
- Ability to navigate escalated situations with grace and clarity
- Passion for building customer loyalty and employee engagement
