As a Client Experience Specialist you will:
  • Facilitate seamless client transitions from sales to account management by applying project management best practices using tools such as Salesforce, Wrike, JIRA, and GSuite.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between OBX leadership and client delivery teams, providing strategic support in key meetings as well as guiding decision-making processes.

  • Lead cross-functional client communications to ensure onboarding milestones, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined and consistently met.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with assigned divisions to gather feedback, address concerns, and cascade updates or process improvements for onboarding.

  • Design, refine, and automate SOPs to drive consistent and efficient onboarding processes across client teams.

  • Identify process gaps and align practices across divisions by determining shared versus division-specific workflows, and delivering company-wide training or updates as needed.

  • Develop and maintain centralized documentation and process materials within Wrike/JIRA and shared platforms (e.g., Google Drive) to promote transparency and ease of access.

  • Promote effective cross-channel communication, both internally across teams and externally with clients, to maintain alignment and clarity throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

  • Train and mentor team members on onboarding procedures, offering targeted support to those new to the process or needing refreshers.

Professional Qualifications:
  • Over 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record across diverse industries and campaign types.

  • Understanding of how digital channels work together to drive performance, including SEM, SEO, CRO, paid social, shopping, and display advertising.

  • Skilled in managing cross-functional and multi-channel initiatives, with experience utilizing ticketing systems for internal and offshore team requests.

  • Adept at building strong relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.

  • Confident communicator, experienced in delivering presentations and strategic updates to senior client executives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and persuasive storytelling.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experienced in creating and operationalizing new processes, with a focus on adoption tracking and team enablement.

  • Proficient in project and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Wrike, and JIRA.

The hiring salary range for this role is $67,000 - $75,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus of up to 8% of base salary. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
