About the Role

The Client Operations team provides critical behind‑the‑scenes support for successful client implementations. This role focuses on the technical and operational work required to set up, configure, and maintain client solutions. While not client‑facing, the position partners closely with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to enable smooth launches and scalable delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, problem‑solving, and supporting complex implementations in a growing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client implementations through accurate and timely technical and operational execution

  • Configure systems, manage data, and ensure implementation requirements are met

  • Partner with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to support delivery and resolve issues

  • Troubleshoot internal issues and investigate discrepancies that impact implementation workflows

  • Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements that support scale and efficiency

About You

You are detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working behind the scenes on technical and operational tasks. You enjoy solving problems, collaborating with internal teams, and taking ownership of your work. You can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, product operations, client operations, or a related role

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with systems and data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting client implementations or onboarding programs

  • Exposure to healthcare, fitness, or benefits‑related operations

  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a SaaS or client‑services environment

  • Proficiency JIRA and Salesforce

Work Location & Eligibility

One Pass Solutions, Inc. offers a flexible work environment. We operate as a hybrid company in the Minnesota–St. Paul Twin Cities area, where team members are expected to work in-office three days per week. We also support remote work across a number of U.S. states.
