Client Partner Director - Insurance Software & Digital Transformation

Location: Fully Remote (Central West Region Preferred), North America

Majesco’s Client Partner team drives measurable growth and strategic transformation across enterprise insurance accounts in North America. This highly accomplished, results-oriented executive acts as a trusted advisor, spearheading growth initiatives, expanding account footprints, and positioning Majesco as the partner of choice within the insurance industry. The role demands a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, a strong sales track record, and the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Development: Cultivate and deepen executive relationships within key insurance carriers, MGAs, reinsurers, and other major accounts. Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with client business roadmaps, industry trends, and Majesco’s solutions.
• Revenue Growth & Client Retention: Own expansion and renewal strategy across enterprise accounts, consistently delivering multi-million-dollar revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Solution Selling & Value Articulation: Align Majesco’s software and services offerings to client priorities, reframing their business challenges with innovative solutions. Demonstrate the value of Majesco’s portfolio through consultative, ROI-focused discussions.
• Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee demand generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing activities, managing complex procurement processes and RFPs within matrix organizations.
• Customer Engagement & Momentum: Drive two-way communication with stakeholders at all levels, proactively advancing purchase decisions while nurturing trust and credibility.
• Industry & Market Insight: Leverage deep knowledge of insurance industry trends, macro/microeconomic factors, and emerging digital technologies (SaaS, cloud-native, APIs) to position Majesco as a strategic partner.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and actionable insights that influence product roadmaps.
• Performance & Success Metrics: Conduct executive business reviews, develop KPIs, and oversee customer success metrics to ensure alignment with client and company objectives.
• Voice of the Customer: Advocate for customer needs within Majesco, contributing insights that inform product innovation and service strategies.

What You Bring

• Over 10 years of enterprise sales and account management experience, preferably in insurance technology, with a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Exceptional ability to develop C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong industry knowledge of property & casualty or life & annuity insurance markets, regulatory landscape, and competitive practices.
• Technical fluency with SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, and digital enablement technologies relevant to insurance.
• Expertise navigating complex procurement cycles, RFPs, and employing value-based selling methodologies.
• Strategic, consultative thinker with excellent negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrates high integrity, resilience, and accountability in managing stakeholder expectations.
• Educational background with a Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.

As a member of a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve. The company reserves the right to vary, change, or update job duties and responsibilities based on business requirements. This role may require shifting priorities, learning new technologies, and contributing to projects outside of the initial scope.

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency.  The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000. 

Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the United States.  It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.  Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
