The Job  

We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated Client Services Coordinator to lead and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of Core Scientific’s clients. This role combines data center technical expertise, customer relationship management, and industry-specific knowledge. Serve as a primary contact to liaise between client's and cross-functioning internal teams to ensure customer & department sucess.


Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary contact and build long-term HPC relationships and grow the AI/HPC portfolio.  
  • Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads. 
  • Ownership of networking events to build and maintain local, professional, and channel partner relationships. 
  • Ownership of market insight and advocacy of the HPC market. 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive prospective HPC clients to the data center for onsite tours and meetings with management.  
  • Act as the client’s advocate within the company, ensuring their feedback influences product development. 
  • Stay informed about trends in HPC, AI, and cryptocurrency mining to provide value-added insights. 
  • Work with the sales team to onboard new clients promptly.  
  • Manage on-boarding and new orders for clients from start to completion, including tracking clients’ orders from origin to our facilities and reconciling the order and delivery timelines.  
  • Resolve client complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes when applicable.   
  • Track key account metrics for each client in the portfolio.  
  • Work directly with site management, technicians, and development to meet clients’ expectations for customer success.  
  • Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team, with co-workers/ teammates, and leaders across the organization. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles with a successful track record of identifying, communicating with, and building relationships that convert directly to both top and bottom-line results, required.  
  • Experience working in or with mission-critical data centers, AI hardware/software, Nvidia, and other leading technology ecosystem partners. 
  • Knowledge of HPC, AI Infrastructure, hyperscale technology.  
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data center operations, or high-performance computing systems. 
  • Proven high-touch account management experience or other relevant experience.

Work Environment 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment, including laptop computers and smartphones. 


Physical Demands  

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use their hands, and lift up to 20 pounds.   


Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work  

This is a full-time, onsite position. General hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some nights and weekends may be required.
