DLC is one of Addison’s five full-time salaried consulting bench models, providing Accounting and Finance services to our clients, with a diverse fortune 500 client base including Sony, Paramount, Restoration Hardware, Netflix, Amgen, Nestle, Walgreens, Tyson, Sephora & Genetech. We serve in 5 major markets including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Chicago and Philadelphia. DLC utilizes a full-time salaried employment model hiring highly credentialed consultants who either have Big 4 CPA experience or are graduates from one of the top 25 MBA programs. Our consultants are best-in-class, senior resources suited to the sophisticated needs of our clients.

 

JOIN OUR TEAM

Our DLC Client Services Director will drive business development, sales and networking efforts identifying project opportunities to successfully deploy our bench consultants. Principal responsibility will ensure high utilization & efficiency for the Los Angeles practice with target clients. The CSD will execute the entire client development lifecycle and sales pursuit strategy for our DLC.

Ideal candidates will possess a formal Finance and/or Accounting degree from an accredited four-year university with a strong business development track record within the professional services / consulting sector.

 

OPPORTUNITY

  • Execute and lead between 12-15 prospect meetings per week with financial decision-maker executives in assigned target companies building relationships and promoting DLC brand awareness.

  • Execute in person client meetings with target buyers to introduce DLC services identifying current and future needs developing portfolio of accounts.

  • Source deal opportunities from active skill marketing, networking and prospect meetings.

  • Successfully qualify opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Attend, participate and shadow consultant interviews.

  • Attend pre-engagement meetings to help facilitate and partner closing of projects / scopes of work.

  • Debrief on potential projects with consultants, provide coaching on engagement performance, while also helping interact with bench consultants.

  • Develop, foster and expand client relationships cultivating new business & growing existing accounts.

  • Create market expansion activities and campaigns.

  • Establish strong partnership with peer Client Services and Business Development Associate teams.

  • Execute specific data tasks in CRM to manage task lists, deal activity, meeting notes/follow ups, entering new prospects and overall data integrity exercises.

  • Work cross functionally with sister brands to coordinate deal flip activity and cross referrals.

  • Attend regular networking events to increase sales penetration, build relationships with potential client prospects.

  • Partner with sales team to help support administrative tasks and follow ups that are critical in the client and deal development life cycle.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Successful business development / sales career track record / trajectory selling within the professional services sector / consulting verticals of accounting, finance or technology.

  • Experience driving revenue, deal pursuit, account management and cross functional collaboration.

  • Competitive nature to drive deals and produce revenue.

  • Ability to leverage your network of current clients and our database of target accounts to build, strengthen and foster relationships.

  • Experience selling to C-Suite.

  • Familiarity with modern AI tools including Claude, Open AI & ChatGPT.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required.

  • $125,000 - $175,000 base salary plus no cap commission
