Paradigm is seeking a Client Services Project Lawyer to support our client. This role will support document review, contract review, claim analysis, and customer/client inquiries in a fast-paced legal services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, critical thinking, issue spotting, and comfort working with technology and data.
Type: 12 month contract
Pay Rate: $32hr

As a Client Services Project Lawyer, you will:
- Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients by phone, email, and written correspondence
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and in line with provided instructions and expected results
- Handle consumer-facing discussions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
- Follow standard protocols, procedures, and direction from Project Managers and Supervisors
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, project managers, supervisors, and clients
- Create, monitor, and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams
- Assist supervisors and project managers in resolving issues as they arise
- Monitor case health by identifying errors and helping create solutions for resolution
- Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and client-focused manner
Requirements
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school or foreign law degree and LLM
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle consumer-facing inquiries with empathy
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Adaptability and flexibility when priorities change or business needs shift
- Strong technical orientation and excellent computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Must be able to work Pacific Time or Arizona Time hours
