About Kyra

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle β€” creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

If you've spent the last few years inside the creator economy watching brands realise how central creators have become to their strategy, this is a role where that knowledge pays off.

πŸ’‘ The role in a nutshell

You own a portfolio of brand accounts. Your job is to keep them happy, keep them renewing, and spot growth before anyone else does.

πŸ’‘ What You'll Own

Everyone at Kyra is client-facing. Campaign Management talks to clients daily about delivery. What makes this role different is accountability: you are answerable for the relationship, the commercial outcome, and the story the client believes about working with us. You'll have senior team members behind you on the most complex accounts, but day to day, your portfolio is yours.

  • The accounts. Your portfolio is yours end-to-end. If an account is healthy or struggling, that's on you to know first.

  • The relationship. You're the person the client contacts first, whether it's a new idea, a small worry, or a big question.

  • The account narrative. Campaigns generate results. You turn results into a story the client acts on: what happened, why it matters, what we do next. If the client can't articulate why Kyra is working for them, that's your gap to close.

  • The early warning. If something is drifting, you catch it early and bring a plan. Leadership never hears bad news from the client before they hear it from you.

  • The signals. You notice when a client is ready to do more and pass it up with enough context for leadership to act on it.

🎯 Lead the Relationship
  • Run client calls and check-ins across launches, seasonal moments, and always-on programs. Keep every stakeholder in the loop without dropping threads.

πŸ“ˆ Own the Story in the Numbers
  • Reporting is a team sport: Campaign feeds delivery data, Strategy feeds insight. You own the narrative and the recommendation. Engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact. Numbers alone don't move a client, so your job is to explain what they mean and what to do next.

πŸ€– AI-First
  • You use AI daily to speed up reporting, sharpen comms, and pull insight out of campaign data, which frees up your time for the relationship itself.

πŸ” Own What the Client Experiences
  • Campaign Management runs the mechanics of delivery. You're accountable for what the client experiences of it: commitments kept, scopes protected, budgets clear, no surprises. When something inside delivery threatens a client commitment, you know before the client does and you arrive with a plan.

πŸ“Š Protect Revenue
  • Healthy accounts renew. Beyond that, you spot upsell opportunities in the day-to-day and get them in front of leadership early.

πŸ›‘οΈ Keep Things Running
  • Keep trackers clean and workflows efficient. Make sure client feedback reaches the right team instead of getting lost in Slack.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years in influencer or creator marketing, with real time on brand accounts

  • Hands-on campaign fluency and genuine command of Meta and TikTok

  • Clients who stayed because of you. Bring the examples

  • Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail

  • Commercial awareness: budgets, margins, and a feel for when an account is ready to grow

  • Comfortable owning both the relationship and the commercial conversation, and flexing across delivery when the account needs it

  • AI is already part of how you work day to day

You should be reliable, easy to trust with a client, and able to talk clearly about the accounts you've run: what worked, what didn't, and why.

Traits That Matter

Curious. Organised. Direct. Adaptable. You build trust quickly, take feedback well, flag problems early with a plan, and don't wait to be told what to do.

What Success Looks Like

6 months in: your clients treat you as their go-to, the account story is sharp and lands on time, delivery commitments hold, issues surface early with a plan attached, and leadership regularly hears about expansion opportunities because you spotted them first.

From there, the path is real: bigger accounts, more commercial ownership, and a route to Senior Client Solutions Manager for people who prove they can grow what they hold.

Benefits
  • 🌎 Remote-first, so you can work from wherever you do your best work

  • 🌴 Annual Time Off: 25 days PTO + bank holidays, 4 company-wide days off (Kyra Days), 3 wellness days, and paid sick leave each year

  • πŸ“š Growth: Annual Learning & Development budget to invest in your skills

  • πŸ’° Rewards: Annual bonus scheme to recognise great work

  • 🩺 Healthcare coverage for US-based team members

πŸ‘‰ Tips for Application

AI is core to how we operate. Use it to elevate your work. But everything in your application should reflect your own judgement and experience.
