Who We Are

EDO is the TV outcomes company. Our leading measurement platform connects convergent TV airings to the ad-driven consumer behaviors most predictive of future sales. EDO empowers the advertising industry to maximize media impact, optimize creative performance, and know the fair value of every impression — across linear and streaming for an increasingly programmatic world. By combining immediate engagement signals with world-class decision science and vertical AI, EDO equips industry leaders with syndicated, investment-grade data that aligns media to business results — with detailed competitive, category, and historical insights. Leading brands, agencies, networks, streamers, and studios trust EDO’s TV intelligence to know what works.

EDO is headquartered in New York City and Los Angeles with an office space in San Francisco. We recognize the benefits of hybrid working, and want to create the best balance to ensure we can continue working together effectively. If you reside in NYC, LA, or SF, we have a 1-2 day hybrid work policy.

The Role

As a key member of EDO’s Client Strategy team, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business growth and helping prospective partners understand the value of EDO’s solutions. Working closely with Sales and Client Strategy leadership, you’ll engage target accounts, lead strategic outreach efforts, and support partners through the evaluation and pilot process.

In this role, you’ll combine business development, relationship-building, and data storytelling to generate qualified pipeline opportunities and create meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers. Your ability to craft compelling narratives, uncover client needs, and support sales enablement efforts will directly impact EDO’s growth and market expansion.

What You’ll Do

Sales Outreach

  • Prospect new business opportunities through outbound outreach including email, LinkedIn, and other channels, creating custom and vertical specific insights as needed.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and sales readiness
  • Improve EDO target account contact list by researching target accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Hubspot
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and messaging
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings

Insights & Reporting

  • Deliver compelling, concise insights to spark prospect interest and book initial meetings.
  • Support ROI analyses to help prospects quantify the value of EDO solutions.
  • Maintain and update our internal insights library with relevant examples and case studies.

RFI & RFP Response Management

  • Collaborate with Sales to complete RFP/RFI submissions, focusing on technical and strategic questions.
  • Serve as the liaison between Sales and technical experts, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Own the management and development of a searchable RFI response database to streamline future submissions.
  • Handle security questionnaires using existing documentation and coordinate with the EDO Security team when needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience as a business development representative, client strategy, sales enablement, pre-sales consulting, or a related role.
  • Experience in media, advertising, SaaS, or analytics preferred.
  • You possess a competitive, goal-oriented mindset and a track record of moving prospects through the pipeline.
  • You are comfortable navigating modern CRM and analytics platforms (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage your pipeline and extract data.
  • A strategic thinker with strong communication and storytelling skills, particularly when translating data into business value.
  • You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You naturally bridge gaps across teams, seamlessly collaborating with Sales, Product, and Technical squads to align strategies and close deals.
  • You bring the operational discipline required to prioritize effectively, manage multiple complex deal cycles simultaneously, and maintain meticulous attention to detail without losing sight of the broader strategy.
  • You translate complex datasets into compelling narratives that clearly demonstrate business value and ROI to prospective clients.
