Position Summary

The Coordinator is responsible for providing support to Management for the assignment of clinical offering request for all of the Clinical Non-Adjudication offerings which are submitted through eProject and Salesforce for processing.

Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

  • Assists in the design and implementation of Clinical data collection processes, including the development of relevant forms, case report details, and electronic data capture systems.
  • Performs data entry tasks, ensuring that data is accurately and consistently entered into databases. Validates and verifies the entered data for completeness and correctness.
  • Operates quality checks and audits on clinical data to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintains clinical databases, including data storage, organization, and retrieval, ensuring stringent security, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Prepares clinical data analysis activities, such as generating reports, completing summaries, and performing statistical analyses.
  • Organizes, files, and maintains physical files and supporting documentation.
  • Handles clinical administrative information by responding to queries, escalating more complex issues to management for review and resolution.
  • Documents solutions and creates reports to identify common issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Exercises established clinical protocols when directed, and assists in providing ongoing support to enhance user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 plus years' experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Data Analyst skills with prior experience Excel on intermediate level.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Regular and predictable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Previous experience working with Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)

Education

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $34.15

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
