We are seeking a Clinician Success Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting Clinicians across their lifecycle, ensuring a seamless operational experience from onboarding through ongoing practice.

The Clinician Success Coordinator supports clinicians across their lifecycle, ensuring a seamless operational experience from onboarding through ongoing practice. This role partners cross-functionally to manage scheduling administration, system accuracy, compliance tracking, and day-to-day provider support, contributing to a reliable, well-coordinated clinical workforce.

What You Would Be Doing at Expressable
Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for clinicians, providing responsive operational support from onboarding through ongoing practice.
Coordinate clinician onboarding activities, including preboarding communication, system setup readiness, and cross-functional handoffs.
Manage clinician schedule administration, including availability updates, start date adjustments, and time-off approvals in alignment with established guidelines.
Collaborate with the People function to ensure accurate clinician records across HRIS, scheduling, credentialing, payroll, and clinical systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Partner with Credentialing & Licensing to monitor licensure, payer enrollment, and compliance requirements.
Process administrative updates related to role changes, leaves of absence, workload adjustments, and status changes.
Support clinicians with operational inquiries, system navigation, and issue resolution, escalating when appropriate.
Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and provider experience.
Contribute to documentation, reporting, and tracking related to clinician operations and workforce management.
What You Bring to Expressable
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, onboarding, HR operations, or a similar people operations role.
2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider support, HR operations, workforce coordination, scheduling administration, or a similar operational role.
Experience supporting employees or clinicians across onboarding and ongoing employment lifecycle activities.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented workflows in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Clinical Leadership, HR, Credentialing, Compliance, Finance, or IT.
Experience in healthcare, telehealth, clinical services, or other regulated environments strongly preferred.
Proficiency with HRIS, scheduling systems, and workforce management tools.
Experience maintaining accurate records across multiple systems (HRIS, credentialing, payroll, scheduling, or clinical platforms).
Strong working knowledge of digital documentation, compliance tracking, and workflow coordination.
High proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Airtable).
Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously with strong attention to data accuracy and audit readiness.
Ability to troubleshoot basic systems or access issues and escalate appropriately.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
This is a sedentary, remote position that primarily involves working at a computer or tablet for telecommunications and documentation. The role requires the ability to remain seated for extended periods, operate standard office equipment, communicate effectively via video and audio platforms, and review electronic information. Occasional light lifting of up to 10 pounds may be necessary. Work is performed in a home office environment with minimal exposure to environmental hazards.
