Wider Circle is seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for Physicians (MD/DO) and Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA), identifying and attracting mission-driven clinicians who align with Wider Circle's social medicine model. You will work closely with clinical operations and leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies, build robust pipelines, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer close.

Company Overview

At Wider Circle, we connect neighbors for better health. Our Connect for Life® program brings neighbors together through health, wellness, and social activities that improve mental and physical health. By creating trusted community circles and leveraging a sophisticated analytics platform, we foster stronger communities for older adults and disadvantaged populations. We are committed to the values of LOVE, LEARN, and GROW in all aspects of our work.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for MD, DO, NP, and PA roles across all 50 states, sourcing candidates who align with Wider Circle's social medicine model.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, medical job boards, and an established network of advanced practice providers.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess clinical humility, SDoH mindset, and technical fluency with Wider Circle's care model.
  • Partner with clinical operations and leadership to align hiring velocity with program launch dates.
  • Maintain a responsive, organized pipeline in our ATS — no top-tier clinician sits uncontacted for more than 24 hours.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical professional networks to enhance the talent pipeline.
  • Provide a seamless, high-touch candidate experience through professional, warm, and mission-driven communication.
  • Stay current on best practices and trends in clinical and healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience specifically recruiting Physicians (MD/DO) and Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA).
  • Existing network of clinical providers, ideally in value-based care or community health settings.
  • Strong understanding of clinical roles, licensing, and the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuasively pitch a mission-driven role to high-demand clinicians.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, Slack, and Google Suite.
  • Passion for promoting equity and supporting diverse talent pools.

Requirements
  • 3+ years recruiting MD/DO/NP/PA roles is a firm requirement — no exceptions.
  • Demonstrated system for 24-hour follow-up and speed-to-lead with candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical credentialing and the healthcare recruitment landscape.
  • Proficiency with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates across multiple markets.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Benefits
  • Hourly rate: $35–$45/hour, commensurate with experience
  • Approximately 30 hours per week
  • 3-month initial contract with potential for extension
  • 100% Remote — work from anywhere in the US
  • The opportunity to directly impact care access for vulnerable populations across the country
