Role Description

This role is dedicated to keeping our candidate pipelines full, warm, and moving. The primary focus will be on Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and support for physician sourcing as needed. You will work closely with our recruiters to ensure every handoff is clean, every outreach is strategic, and no great candidate goes cold. This role reports directly to the Clinical Recruitment Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for physician sourcing strategy.

What You'll Do

Sourcing & Outreach

• Attracting CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers across LinkedIn, Indeed, ACNM/AANP chapters, Facebook groups, contact lists and niche clinical communities
• Run targeted outreach campaigns, track conversion rates, and maintain full, active pipelines across all open markets
• Re-engage silver medalists and keep warm candidates from going cold between touchpoints Screening & Candidate Handoff
• Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, location flexibility, and compensation, providing a deeper touchpoint than a basic inquiry
• Deliver clean, polished candidate summaries to the assigned recruiter using a standardized screening scorecard (in Greenhouse), so recruiters can focus on relationship-building in their screens

Pipeline Management

• Maintain consistent candidate communication between touchpoints until recruiter handoff
• Ensure all sourced candidates are tracked and up-to-date in the ATS at all times
• Provide daily pipeline updates on the recruiting tracker Cross-Functional Support
• Support physician sourcing efforts as directed

Candidate Handoff Process

Sourced candidates will be assigned between recruiters on a rotating basis. You will work closely with the recruitment manager and the clinical sourcer to maintain equal distribution.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of women's health experience REQUIRED
  • Expertise with CNMs, OB/GYNs, WHNPs, and other women's health related roles
  • 3-5 years of recruitment/ sourcing experience
  • Experience with pipeline creation
  • Prior work in start-up spaces with KPI structures, preferred
