The Opportunity (About the Role / About You):

As 0G Labs' Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be the architect of our global voice and growth engine. The mission to define and own the narrative for decentralized AI. You will translate our profound technical advantages into a compelling story that resonates with developers, researchers, enterprises, and the global Web3 community. You will establishing brand strategy, driving developer adoption, and leading all aspects of communications, content, and growth. This role is critical to establishing 0G as the undisputed leader in the AI x Web3 revolution.

What You’ll Accomplish (Responsibilities):

Craft the Category Narrative: Develop and evangelize a powerful, category-defining brand story and positioning for 0G that articulates the "why" behind decentralized AI and establishes us as the foundational layer.

Build the Growth Engine: Design and execute a full-funnel global GTM strategy that drives developer adoption, ecosystem growth, and market leadership. Own metrics from awareness to active developers on the network.

Cultivate the Developer & Research Community: Forge deep connections with AI/ML developers, researchers, and Web3 builders. Create programs and content that educate, engage, and empower them to build on 0G.

Oversee Brand & Creative Vision: Lead all creative and content strategy, ensuring a consistent, innovative, and high-quality brand experience across every touchpoint.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Development to ensure market insights fuel product strategy and ecosystem expansion.

What You Bring (Requirements):

8+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling brands in high-growth technology companies (Web3, AI/ML, infrastructure, or developer tools strongly preferred).

Experience as a head of marketing or CMO, with full P&L responsibility for marketing and a demonstrated ability to build a function from zero to one.

Deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, including community dynamics, tokenomics, and the unique challenges of marketing decentralized technologies. A strong existing network in crypto is essential.

Strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts, the developer mindset, and the ability to translate deep tech into compelling narratives for multiple audiences.

Proven experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

A builder's mentality, boundless creativity, and a relentless drive to win in a new and evolving market.

Personal passion for and contribution to the mission of decentralized AI and open-source technology.

Experience marketing a Layer 1 blockchain or core infrastructure protocol during its growth phase.

Technical background or prior experience in a product/engineering role.

Experience managing marketing through a token launch and subsequent ecosystem growth phases.
