The Opportunity

FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead BidOps, an AI-native proposal-orchestration platform for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms, currently being built at our studio. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role.

BidOps is an AI-native proposal platform that automates requirement and compliance tracking, intelligently reuses institutional knowledge and proposal content, and streamlines coordination across technical experts. The platform centralizes RFQ/RFP requirements, maps them to past project experience and qualifications, manages SME inputs, and provides AI-assisted completeness checks — while integrating with the authoring environments AEC teams already use, including Word, InDesign and PDF workflows. Rather than another generic AI writing tool, BidOps is positioned as the proposal orchestration and compliance layer that enables firms to move faster, reduce submission risk, and pursue more opportunities with the same teams.

We are now seeking the founder to lead the venture from here.

Market Context
  • The global construction market reached $11–13T in 2024 and is projected to grow to approximately $16T by 2030
  • 500,000+ AEC firms operate globally, with thousands running dedicated proposal and marketing functions
  • Mid-to-large AEC firms submit 30–200+ proposals annually, making proposal execution a core revenue workflow
  • Winning a single additional project can represent $1M–$100M+ in incremental backlog, creating strong ROI sensitivity to proposal efficiency
  • The global proposal management market is estimated at $830.8M in 2024, growing at approximately 9.3% CAGR

The Partnership
  • Founder equity with meaningful ownership from inception
  • Pre-seed capital committed by FutureSight for early hires and MVP development, with potential for follow-on funding
  • Studio resources, including embedded design, engineering, growth, and fundraising support from day one
  • Investor and advisor network across vertical SaaS, AEC, and early-stage capital markets
  • A true co-creation model in which you operate as CEO with the studio as your partner
What you'll own

As Co-Founder & CEO, you will set the direction of the venture and lead its execution.

  • Strategy — Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning across the AEC vertical wedge
  • Customer Development — Lead pilots with mid-market AEC firms, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion through AEC networks, marketing associations, and industry partnerships
  • Product — Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback, with a focus on compliance extraction, semantic mapping, and SME workflows
  • Capital — Lead the seed raise, supported by FutureSight's network and traction
  • Team — Recruit and lead the founding team, and establish the cultural foundation of the company
Co-Founder Profile
  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement
  • Fundraising fluency, with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company
  • Direct exposure to AEC, government contracting, proposal management, or B2B SaaS for professional services, with familiarity in AI agents/LLMs
How to Apply

Please submit your resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note on why this venture aligns with your goals as a founder. We will move quickly for the right candidate.

FutureSight is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
