About the Team

The Corporate Sales Team is pivotal to Miro’s go-to-market strategy, focusing exclusively on driving growth by acquiring new customers. About the Role

As a Commercial Account Executive on the Corporate Sales Team, you will play a critical role in expanding Miro’s footprint by identifying, engaging, and closing net-new logos with companies ranging from 400 to 2,000 employees. Your primary responsibility will be building relationships with prospects and demonstrating how Miro’s platform can transform their workflows, foster innovation, and deliver measurable business value. You’ll benefit from dedicated support from a Sales Development team for pipeline generation while maintaining ownership of advancing and managing your pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow. This is a high-velocity role designed for a sales professional who thrives on winning new business and shaping the future of an industry-leading solution.

What you’ll do
  • Prospect and Engage: Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with support from the Sales Development team, while also driving your own prospecting efforts.
  • Value Selling: Understand customer pain points, articulate Miro’s value proposition, and tailor presentations to address specific use cases.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trust and credibility with key decision-makers, including C-Level and VP-Level executives, guiding them through the buying journey.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive high-velocity and strategic sales cycles, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets and quotas.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in SaaS to position Miro as the solution of choice.
What you’ll need
  • Experience: 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotas.
  • Skills: Proficiency in value-based selling techniques and methodologies such as MEDDPICC; strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach (or similar), and Gong (or similar) to manage and analyze sales activities effectively.
  • Mindset: A passion for prospecting, an entrepreneurial spirit, and resilience in navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York / San Francisco / Los Angeles and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $135,000 OTE. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
