As a Commercial Account Executive, you will play a key role in landing new logos and expanding business within your territory. You’ll own your pipeline, partner with Marketing and Sales Development, and guide customers through the full sales process.
You’ll help customers understand how AutoRABIT makes their Salesforce environments faster, safer, and more reliable. You’ll lead conversations about how our platform simplifies releases, protects data, and strengthens security and compliance.
In this role, you will:
- Exceed your number by winning new logos and growing existing accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Forecast accurately, communicate clearly, and stay aligned with your team
- Use Salesforce and other tools to stay organized and data driven
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
- Share insights and best practices to help the team win together
- You have at least 1 year of software sales experience with a record of managing full sales cycles and exceeding quota
- You use a strong forecasting methodology such as MEDDICC to qualify and build pipeline
- You create your own pipeline and open new logos from scratch
- You maintain excellent Salesforce hygiene and attention to detail
- You take ownership of your success and drive results proactively
- You build champions and focus on delivering real value for customers
- You think creatively, solve problems, and embrace new approaches
- You must be living in and be eligible to work in the United States
- A bachelor’s degree is required
YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK AND LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE.
Compensation: $90,000 per year + commission
