About the Role
As a Commercial Account Manager on the Corporate Sales Team, you will play a critical role in expanding Miro’s footprint within existing accounts by identifying opportunities to drive additional value and adoption. Your primary responsibility will be deepening relationships with customers, demonstrating how Miro’s platform can address evolving business needs, and driving expansion opportunities within organizations ranging from 400 to 2,000 employees. This is a role designed for a sales professional who excels at cultivating lasting partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do
  • Account Growth: Develop and execute account plans to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, ensuring customers derive maximum value from Miro
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders, including C-Level and VP-Level executives, by understanding their business challenges and aligning Miro’s solutions to their goals
  • Value Selling: Leverage Miro’s platform to address evolving customer needs, tailoring presentations and proposals to highlight new use cases and measurable ROI
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless adoption of new solutions
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities, accurately forecasting revenue growth within your accounts
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their objectives and expand their use of Miro
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to enhance your ability to drive meaningful conversations and identify opportunities
What you’ll need
  • Experience: 2+ years of Account Management or Account Executive experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through account expansion
  • Skills: Proficiency in relationship-based selling techniques and methodologies such as MEDDPICC; strong presentation and storytelling abilities
  • Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach (or similar), and Gong (or similar) to manage and analyze sales activities effectively
  • Mindset: A passion for customer success, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
