About your new role:

We’re looking for a pragmatic, commercially minded Attorney to join our growing legal team in a high-growth telecom / technology environment. This role will partner with revenue, operations, finance, human resources, and other internal teams to provide support as we scale.


This is not a back-office legal role. You’ll be embedded in the business, helping to accelerate contract velocity and negotiations, manage risk intelligently, and build legal infrastructure across the organization that supports growth. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, timelines are tight, and legal guidance needs to be practical and solution oriented.


The right candidate has deep commercial contracting expertise and the confidence to engage with business teams and negotiate directly with sophisticated counterparties to find common ground while maintaining alignment with company objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the drafting, review, and negotiation of a high volume of customer and vendor agreements, including MSAs, WSAs, NDAs, and strategic partner agreements.
  • Partner closely with sales, support and go-to-market teams to help structure and close complex revenue-generating telecom and technology deals efficiently.
  • Provide real-time legal guidance to internal stakeholders across sales, support, finance, human resources, and operations, including owning matters from contract negotiation through dispute resolution.
  • Support international contracting and regulatory efforts and cross-border matters as the business expands globally.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and scale contracting processes, templates, and playbooks.
  • Effectively balance risk mitigation and management with commercial enablement in real time.
  • Assist with employment-related matters in collaboration with human resources, including policy review, agreements, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with finance on credit risk, payment and collections strategies, and restructuring scenarios.
  • Support corporate governance, regulatory and compliance initiatives, and other general corporate matters as needed.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.


What you'll need for success:

  • J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.
  • 5-10+ years of legal experience, with law firm and meaningful in-house experience preferred.
  • Experience in telecom or similar technical environments is highly valued.
  • Strong background in complex commercial contracting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Experience supporting revenue teams in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Strong business judgment and comfort operating with autonomy.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Clear communicator who can translate legal risk into practical business advice.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where processes are evolving and scaling infrastructure is part of the role.

The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.
