Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will help ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication across departments while assisting with coordination, documentation, and day-to-day communication activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain communication calendars, schedules, and documentation.
  • Support meetings by organizing materials, agendas, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Assist with project coordination and administrative communication tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication files.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and efficiency.
