About Fluidstack

At Fluidstack, we’re building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence. We partner with top AI labs, governments, and enterprises - including Mistral, Poolside, Black Forest Labs, Meta, and more - to unlock compute at the speed of light.

We’re working with urgency to make AGI a reality. As such, our team is highly motivated and committed to delivering world-class infrastructure. We treat our customers’ outcomes as our own, taking pride in the systems we build and the trust we earn. If you’re motivated by purpose, obsessed with excellence, and ready to work very hard to accelerate the future of intelligence, join us in building what's next.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with leadership to channel their vision into a clear, external narrative translating complex technical and strategic ideas into messaging that resonates with customers, investors, and the broader market.

  • Own all company messaging end-to-end: press releases, blog posts, thought leadership, executive communications, and everything in between. Every word we publish should be deliberate, precise, and on-brand.

  • Build and execute a media strategy that puts Fluidstack in front of the right audiences cultivating journalist and analyst relationships, identifying the right channels, and knowing when and how to make noise.

  • Manage high-stakes communications whether that's a major product announcement, a fundraise, or navigating a sensitive moment. You'll be the person who stays calm and gets it right.

  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and recruiting to ensure our external voice is consistent and compelling across every touchpoint from investor decks to job postings.

  • Track what's working. Use coverage, engagement, and reach data to continuously sharpen strategy and ensure communications efforts are driving real impact.

  • Monitor the competitive and industry landscape, keeping FluidStack's positioning sharp and responsive as the AI infrastructure space evolves rapidly.

Requirements
  • Top 1% writing skills - you can write with clarity, precision, and voice, and you make it look effortless.

  • Proven experience in communications, PR, or content strategy, ideally within a fast-moving tech or infrastructure company.

  • A track record of building and owning a company narrative from the ground up — not just executing someone else's playbook.

  • Established relationships with tech and business media. You know the right journalists and know how to work with them effectively.

  • Experience managing high-stakes communications moments: funding announcements, crises, executive profiling, or significant product launches.

  • Strong strategic instincts — you understand business context and can translate company priorities into communications that serve them.

  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities shift and speed matters.

  • Sharp judgment. You know what to say, what not to say, and when to say it.

Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package (cash + equity)

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Retirement plan

  • Generous PTO policy

The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
