As digital communications manager, you will be responsible for implementing HNTB’s digital communications strategy to effectively convey the firm’s brand messages across a variety of digital platforms. In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts to plan, develop and implement content and create memorable experiences through digital content. This role requires a person with knowledge of how best to convey messages in multiple formats and across communication channels and a person who stays current with industry trends.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Develops and leads overall digital communications strategy in alignment with HNTB’s business goals and brand.
  • Content Creation: Develops and produces content for various channels, including HNTB’s internet, HNTB’s website, social media, email marketing, paid digital advertising, and the HNTB app.
  • Collaboration: Collaborates with designers, content producers and additional resources to ensure consistent messaging across all of HNTB’s digital platforms.
  • Analytics: Develops metrics to analyze effectiveness of digital communication efforts and provide recommendations based on analysis.
  • Team Leadership: Leads a team of communications professionals and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Communications Adviser: Collaborates with leaders and teams across the firm to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital strategy is implemented firmwide. Offer guidance on best practices in digital communications.
  • Budget Management: Creates and manages digital communications budget.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing or related field and 8 years of digital communications experience including 2 years leading and planning digital communications programs, or
  • In lieu of education, 12 years of relevant experience
