Job Description

The Communications Specialist will support internal and external communications while helping ensure information is delivered clearly, professionally, and consistently across the organization.

This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.

You will work closely with different departments to coordinate communications, prepare professional materials, maintain accurate information, and support the company's day-to-day communication needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare clear, professional internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate communication between departments, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Draft correspondence, announcements, presentations, reports, and informational materials.
  • Ensure company communications maintain a consistent and professional tone.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, updates, and communication initiatives.
  • Respond professionally to inquiries and route information to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain organized communication records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve communication processes and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Support additional communication and administrative initiatives as needed.
