Goodwin and Co in Austin is looking for a community association manager for 70k (starting):


• Advise clients on financial strategies and other financial decisions
• Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
• Vendor management through contracted services
• Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s)
• Develop RFP and Scope of works for projects
• Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists
• Attend and Conduct Board of Director meetings

Preferred Qualifications

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• 2-5 years’ experience managing single-family communities and condominium associations
• Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents
• Ability to advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisions
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Can navigate through different application systems
• Competency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Have a naturally positive attitude and be a team player
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
• Strong listening skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail,
