Location: Pflugerville , Texas

Trinity Residential is seeking an experienced and results-driven Community Manager to lead daily operations of one of our residential communities. This leadership role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring operational compliance, leading on-site teams, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

We are looking for a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands multifamily performance metrics, and is committed to maintaining communities residents are proud to call home.

Position Summary

The Community Manager oversees all operational, financial, and administrative functions of the property. This role serves as the primary leader on-site, responsible for achieving occupancy goals, maintaining budget performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and strong financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations

  • Manage property financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control

  • Analyze monthly operating statements and performance metrics to drive results

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and reporting requirements

  • Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members

  • Maintain high occupancy and leasing performance through strategic marketing and resident retention efforts

  • Approve invoices, manage vendor relationships, and maintain compliant vendor documentation

  • Coordinate capital improvement projects and property enhancements

  • Prepare and submit required operational and financial reports in a timely manner

  • Address resident concerns and ensure a positive community environment

Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience, including leadership responsibilities. Experience managing budgets and financial reporting required.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with RealPage preferred

  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and multifamily best practices

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Physical Requirements

Frequent walking of the property, including stairs and exterior grounds; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.

Work Environment

Based in a professional office within a residential community, requiring regular movement throughout the property and occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
