As a small private builder growing quickly in the Austin area, we are looking for experienced Sales professionals to join our team as a Community Sales Associate.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional homebuying experience for our customers by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
- Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to the office
- Maintain sales center and community appearance
- Distribute current price lists to guests
- Set up appointments with the Sales Manager
- Accurately prepare daily traffic recap and activity sheets
- Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms
- Give tours of the models to visitors, explaining their features and benefits
- Perform related administrative duties, as assigned
- Attend sales training
- Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website
- Knowledge of residential sales concepts and practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in new home sales
