About the role  

The Compensation & People Analytics Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Quantum Health's pay-for-performance philosophy through data analytics, reporting, and compensation administration. This position is responsible for developing Power BI dashboards, maintaining compensation and incentive reporting, administering commission and bonus calculations, and providing analytical insights that support compensation decisions across the organization.
Working closely with the Compensation Director, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and business leaders, this role helps ensure compensation programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and consistently while leveraging data to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.

This position is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys solving business problems through data, automation, and continuous process improvement.
 
Location: This position may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America or may work hybrid from our Dublin, Ohio location. 
What You'll Do (Essential Responsibilities)Compensation Administration
  • Support the administration of annual merit, bonus, and incentive compensation programs
  • Calculate commissions, quarterly incentives, and bonus payouts while ensuring accuracy and compliance with plan documents
  • Audit compensation data and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll processing
  • Partner with Payroll to validate compensation-related payments
  • Support market pricing activities and compensation analysis
  • Maintain compensation documentation, templates, and reporting resources
People Analytics & Reporting
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for compensation, workforce, and HR metrics
  • Develop automated reporting solutions that improve visibility into workforce trends and compensation programs
  • Analyze workforce, compensation, and incentive data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
  • Create recurring executive-level reports for HR and business leadership
  • Ensure data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and reporting systems
Incentive & Variable Pay Administration
  • Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual commission and bonus calculations
  • Validate performance data supporting incentive payments
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to reconcile payout calculations
  • Maintain incentive tracking files and reporting
  • Support annual incentive plan updates, testing, and implementation
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual compensation and reporting processes
  • Improve reporting accuracy through Power BI and HRIS enhancements
  • Document compensation administration procedures and reporting processes
  • Partner with HRIS teams to improve workflows and reporting capabilities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Total Rewards function
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership or business needs dictate.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, payroll, or business analytics
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • XLOOKUP
    • Power Query
    • Complex formulas
  • Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization
  • Experience administering commissions, incentive plans, or bonus programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential compensation and employee data
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with UKG Pro or a similar HRIS platform
  • Experience using compensation survey tools such as Mercer, Radford, Salary.com, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of Power Automate and/or Power Query
  • Basic SQL experience
  • Experience supporting annual compensation planning and review cycles
