📐 About the role

We are seeking an experienced financial services compliance professional to advise on integrating regulatory compliance capabilities into our product.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in financial services regulations and can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical product features.

This will be a fully remote, 2-3 month contract and you will report to the financial services industry lead.

🦸🏻‍♀️ What you’ll do

  • Review marketing generated content to ensure compliance

  • Advise on regulatory requirements applicable to our product

  • Guide development of compliance-related product features

  • Review product roadmap through a compliance lens

  • Support creation of compliance framework and best practices

⭐️ What you need

  • Compliance expertise: proven track record working in legal and or compliance at a top financial services firm

  • Regulatory knowledge: strong understanding of FINRA, SEC regulations, and other relevant financial regulatory frameworks

  • Financial services background: significant experience navigating compliance requirements in banking, brokerage, or fintech environments

  • Product development advisory: ability to consult with product and engineering teams to embed compliance considerations into product design and features

  • Risk assessment: experience evaluating regulatory risks and developing mitigation strategies

  • Documentation & processes: skilled in creating compliance documentation, policies, and operational procedures

  • Experience reviewing marketing materials at a financial institution

  • Experience with Red Oak or norm.ai software

Compensation Range: $80 - $110
