What you'll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a dynamic Compliance Operations Enablement Analyst to drive Compliance Operations' ability to scale safely and consistently. In this role, you'll support end-to-end operational change across training delivery, implementation coordination, and reporting. You'll ensure work is accurate, well-governed, and delivered to a high standard.
You'll be the operational backbone of our enablement work, ensuring the team is ready, supported, and set up to perform to a high standard. You will independently run multiple workstreams with minimal day-to-day instruction, using strong judgement to resolve ambiguous or complex issues and keep initiatives moving.
You'll contribute to improving our processes and tooling: spotting friction, proposing fixes, and implementing better ways of working.
What you'll work on:
  • Project manage rollout for high-impact initiatives, including basic timelines, stakeholder lists, and readiness checklists
  • Project manage Compliance Ops Enablement team deliverables and OKRs
  • Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and SMEs across Compliance Ops and partner teams to unblock delivery and improve adoption
  • Track actions, risks, and dependencies; follow up to keep delivery on track
  • Escalate risks and issues to facilitate timely resolution
  • Maintain change comms and associated training schedules
  • Capture lessons learned and feed improvements into future rollouts, including use of AI to accelerate and enhance changes
  • Create and update enablement materials, including training content, playbooks, and process guides
  • Use approved AI tools to accelerate first drafts of learner-facing content
  • Create and refresh knowledge checks and simple assessments
  • Maintain a clear single source of truth for training materials and documentation
  • Run training operations end-to-end: scheduling, calendars, facilitator/SME coordination, and session logistics
  • Draft and send learner communications, reminders, and post-session follow-ups
  • Support onboarding and BAU upskilling programs, including refreshers and updates procedures change

What you'll bring to Circle:
  • 4+ years of experience in training coordination, enablement operations, program support/PMO, or an operations role in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects independently with minimal guidance and deliver to a high standard
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders; strong internal networking and influencing skills
  • Practical experience supporting training design and delivery, including drafting learner-friendly materials, building simple knowledge checks, and facilitating or co-facilitating sessions.
  • A learner-centric mindset: you can translate complex processes into clear guidance people can actually use.
  • Experience working with (or alongside) Compliance Operations teams and familiarity with financial crime domains such as KYC, sanctions, and investigations.
  • Understanding of stablecoins, digital currency, and blockchain technology.
  • Strong organisation and follow-through: you can manage multiple deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using approved AI tools to draft, summarise, and streamline workflows, with sound judgement on accuracy, data handling, and human review
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $112,500 - $147,500
