We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Solutions Architect to boost our Technology Office team. In this role, you will proactively engage in sales-focused activities and consulting services. You will work intimately with clients to understand their business goals and needs, develop tailored AI/ML solutions that enhance their operations, and guide them through the transformative potential of AI/ML technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-sales efforts, including crafting strategic proposals, engaging in client consultations, and delivering persuasive technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Partner with clients to understand their challenges and advise them on AI/ML solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Architect comprehensive end-to-end AI/ML systems, from data handling and model creation to deployment and ongoing monitoring.
  • Develop PoCs and PoVs to exemplify AI/ML solution viability and its capacity to bolster business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to select optimal AI/ML tools, algorithms, and methodologies.
  • Design scalable and effective AI/ML workflows and pipelines that maintain data integrity and quality.
  • Offer technical guidance throughout the solution implementation process, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with cloud architects to maximize cloud services potential for robust AI/ML deployments

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in customer interaction, advisory, and consultative roles.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar AI/ML Solutions Architect role within a consultancy context.
  • Minimum of 8 years in IT, with a solid focus on AI/ML Engineering.
  • Highly driven individual who thrives in cross-functional team environments and embraces fast-paced development.
  • Profound proficiency in AI/ML solution design, including all stages from data preparation to model deployment.
  • Strong foundation in diverse AI/ML tools and cloud services.
  • Effective communicator capable of engaging a variety of audiences, from technical experts to business decision-makers.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a cooperative team setting.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of English (B2+ level).
  • Degree in software development-related field or comparable qualifications through training and experience.
