Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of mortgage lending experience required, with 1 year of underwriting exposure or equivalent combination preferred
  • Knowledge of the basic mortgage practices
  • Able to read and interpret various loan documents such as promissory notes, regulatory and legal directives, and other loan documents
  • Able to apply basic math; calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Basic computer skills required: word processing, Excel spreadsheets, email, and mortgage software
