We are looking for new talent to join our team to deliver complex supply chain transformation projects across DC design and automation, as well as broader supply chain efficiency and network performance. You will play a key role in shaping our clients’ future distribution and fulfillment operations while developing your own career, working alongside industry experts. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support end-to-end supply chain solutions across distribution center design, automation, 3PL and procurement.
    Analyze and improve warehousing, fulfillment and logistics operations to enhance efficiency, reduce cost and support future growth.
    Use data-driven insights to inform facility design, operational improvements and long-term strategy.
  • Deliver high-impact consultancy projects, ensuring commercial and strategic objectives are met.
    Work closely with client stakeholders and support timelines, deliverables and key project outcomes.
    Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex supply chain and operational challenges.
  • Support proposals, bids and client presentations for supply chain transformation projects.
    Contribute to industry insights, internal tools and continuous improvement of TMX methodologies.
    Identify opportunities to add value across existing client engagements.
  • Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
    Play a role in the growth and development of the broader consulting team.
    Champion company values and a strong team environment.

Experience & Expertise

  • 5+ years of supply chain industry experience in consulting, a 3PL environment, automation solution delivery or within a client-side supply chain operation. Deep technical expertise across DC design, warehousing, automation, 3PL and procurement.
  • Proven track record of supporting and delivering complex supply chain projects.
  • Strong understanding of distribution center operations and the ability to translate operational requirements into practical design and delivery outcomes.
  • Experience working on the deliverable side of projects rather than in pure business development, product or sales roles.
  • Experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders across client, business, industry and leadership levels to support successful project outcomes.
  • Ambitious, commercially minded and motivated to grow and progress through the business.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work across both strategic and operational detail, balancing design thinking with practical delivery.
