The estimated base pay range for this role is $66,000 to $89,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.

Job Summary
Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Manager, the Consultant II will develop and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in nature that provide improvements to the client's business processes and information technology. The Consultant will play a key role in our national-based client support with both small and large scale implementations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prioritize contribution to keeping pace in the evolution of technology and consulting including AI, systems, and trends.
- Execute responsibilities and grow in an environment of rapid change.
- Understand and link the client processes and requirements to standard solutions and service offerings with guidance from senior team members.
- Oversee smaller segments of work assigned by project managers or other senior team members.
- Thoroughly document work with clear explanations to illustrate understanding of concepts.
- Inform project teams of budget vs cost, quality and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement.
- Provide support in services and business development maturity including asset and methodology design and upkeep.
- Execute tasks related to client back-office services, advising, training, documenting, and assisting client staff.
- Perform emergency on-site or remote support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or equivalent Cloud-based technology is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Training, support or consulting advisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to automate tasks and improve how work is performed.
- Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise.
- Experience in the CRE (Construction and Real Estate), NGE (Non-profit, Government, and Education), Healthcare, or Tribal Government and/or Gaming industries.
