Position Overview:

We have a fast-growing team of dedicated consultants with deep experience from working both within the industry and consulting. Successful candidates should expect a diverse range of complex and strategic engagements across the Insurance market. As we continue to expand our client base and expertise, we are looking for individuals to join our team to support our growth journey. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions for a range of issues facing insurance companies. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyze data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business challenge. You’ll be playing a proactive supporting role in driving our programs forward and engaging directly with client stakeholders to solve their business challenges.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Understand complex wealth management and advisory business challenges and assess how these challenges impact clients’ operating models, service delivery, and growth objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders across advisory firms, custodians, and internal product teams to drive and lead execution against structured project plans; anticipate issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Lead a workstream or project component, taking responsibility for developing high-quality deliverables by conducting client interviews and workshops, performing business and data analysis, synthesizing insights from advisor and client workflows, and articulating recommendations that reflect industry best practices.
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with wealth advisors, operations leaders, custodians, and technology partners, establishing credibility by understanding stakeholder needs and the realities of the advisor–client journey.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, co-authoring whitepapers, and performing market research around advisor experience, custodial integrations, and emerging wealth-tech trends.
  • Contribute to the internal consulting community by sharing innovative ideas, supporting practice development, and collaborating on internal initiatives.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of the challenges facing the Wealth Management industry, including client onboarding, custodial processes, account transfers, regulatory expectations, TAMP workflows, and advisor servicing trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of consulting or business analyst experience, ideally within Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Financial Services.
  • Experience in a financial advisory firm, wealth management operations team, or custodial/TAMP environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong consulting toolkit including business process mapping, requirements gathering, and structured problem-solving.
  • Ability to translate advisor and client-servicing requirements into structured documentation for product, engineering, or SaaS development teams.
  • Familiarity with key custodians and clearing firms (e.g., Pershing, Fidelity, Schwab) and understanding of how advisors work with them across account opening, transfers, and servicing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex workflows and recommendations in a clear, logical, and impactful way.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships within teams and with clients.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to think creatively about advisor experience improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50%.

There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the range is $85,000 to $110,000 subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, employees would be eligible for both variable and non-variable benefits.
