Job Summary:
We are seeking a Consultative Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their educational needs and objectives.
- Provide detailed information about our live learning offerings, tailoring your approach to address specific client concerns and goals.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify the best solutions for clients.
Consultative Selling:
- Develop a deep understanding of our courses and the benefits they offer.
- Present customized learning solutions that align with client requirements, emphasizing the value and outcomes of our programs.
- Build trust and rapport with clients through a consultative and empathetic approach.
Relationship Building:
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
- Follow up with clients post-enrollment to gather feedback and provide additional assistance as needed.
- Leverage existing relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share insights and feedback on client needs and market trends.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the EdTech space.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes, marketing materials, and product offerings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust.
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling educational products or services.
- Familiarity with live learning platforms and online education trends.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
