A leading law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Consumer Financial Services practice group. What You'll Do
  • Handle complex consumer finance litigation matters

  • Represent clients in cases involving FDCPA, FCRA, and RESPA

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Conduct legal research and analysis

  • Participate in depositions and court appearances

  • Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy

What You'll Need
  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • At least 3 years of experience in consumer finance litigation

  • Active bar membership and good standing in Texas, Virginia, California, Nevada, New Mexico, or Oklahoma (additional state admissions a plus)

  • Strong academic and professional credentials

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
