About the role

Are you a designer who knows how to make people stop scrolling? InMarket’s Marketing team is looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to help create visual content that stands out in a busy B2B landscape. We’re looking for someone with a strong design sense who understands typography, color, white space, composition, and what makes a piece of creative feel polished and engaging. You’ll help bring InMarket’s brand and ideas to life across LinkedIn and other social channels, while also supporting landing pages, sales materials, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating, experimenting, and finding better ways to make work stand out. We’re also an AI-forward company and are looking for designers who are curious about how AI can be used to build better creative processes and systems. We want someone who is excited to experiment with AI to accelerate their work and improve the quality of what they create, not simply use it as a shortcut. You don’t need to be an AdTech expert on day one. You do need to be a strong designer, curious, collaborative, and excited to learn.

Your Daily Impact as a Brand & Marketing Designer
  • Design compelling LinkedIn and social content that grabs attention and strengthens InMarket’s brand.

  • Develop visual concepts that make complex ideas, products, data, and industry insights easy to understand and engaging.

  • Create and evolve visual assets across social, web, email, sales, events, and other marketing channels.

  • Design landing pages, sales presentations, one-pagers, and other customer-facing materials.

  • Develop creative for trade shows, events, and other brand activations.

  • Help maintain and evolve InMarket’s visual identity and brand standards.

  • Partner with Content, Product, Sales, and Marketing to turn ideas and stories into strong creative.

  • Experiment with different formats and creative approaches to understand what resonates with our audience.

  • Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve creative.

  • Explore and build AI-powered workflows, tools, and processes that make design work faster, smarter, and more effective.

Your Experience & Expertise

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, marketing design, social design, or a related field.

  • A strong design eye and solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, white space, and layout.

  • Experience designing for social media, particularly LinkedIn or other B2B channels.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.

  • Experience designing marketing materials such as landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, or event/trade show materials.

  • Comfortable taking an idea or brief and turning it into polished creative with minimal hand-holding.

  • Experience using AI tools as part of your creative workflow, or a genuine interest in building AI-enabled design processes.

  • Experience writing social copy, headlines, hooks, or other short-form content is a plus.

  • Video or motion design experience is a plus.

  • Experience with AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, data, media, or technology is a plus—not a requirement.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms.
