About LiveFlow

LiveFlow is on a mission to redefine how businesses manage their finances. We’re building the next-generation accounting and finance platform that turns outdated systems and manual workflows into a simple, smart, and intuitive experience.

We’ve raised $21M+ from top-tier investors including Y Combinator, Valar Ventures, Seedcamp, WndrCo, Moonfire, and Bradley Horowitz (VP Product, Google) - and are helping thousands of companies streamline their financial workflows, with hundreds of 5/5 reviews on G2.

Our founding team previously built products at Revolut, one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs.

Now, we’re entering an exciting new chapter where content plays a crucial role in how we talk to the world. We want to create content that inspires emotion, builds trust, and excitement - and helps us to tell the story of redefining the category.

About the Role

You’ll be the voice and storyteller of LiveFlow, translating our customers’ wins, product innovation, and market vision into content that excites, educates, and converts. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product — the people who know our customers best — to bring their insights to life through world-class content.

We’re looking for a curious builder — someone who doesn’t wait for assignments but spots opportunities themselves. You’ll own our content strategy end-to-end: from idea to measurable results.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love talking to customers, and get energy from turning strategy into execution, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full content lifecycle — from identifying high-impact topics, crafting compelling stories, and publishing across the right channels to tracking what drives results.

  • Develop a deep understanding of LiveFlow’s ICP and articulate how our platform solves their most pressing challenges (e.g., Consolidation, Forecasting).

  • Capture the voice of the customer and tell inspiring stories about their journeys with LiveFlow in multiple formats — video, long- and short-form content, interviews, or any medium that best brings their story to life.

  • Establish LiveFlow as the #1 FP&A platform of choice for Mid-Market Finance Teams through strategic, high-quality content.

  • Write GEO and SEO-first articles and other publications to expand LiveFlow’s reach and authority.

  • Lead the buildout of LiveFlow’s newsletter program — collaborating with internal teams and external agencies on content strategy, design, and distribution to drive consistent growth and engagement.

  • Measure and optimize content performance to improve search visibility, engagement, and pipeline impact (tracked by SQLs sourced).

  • Analyze data, extract insights, and use metrics to refine and inform your content strategy continuously.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of content marketing experience.

  • Proven track record of creating content that drives pipeline and supports sales enablement.

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.

  • Experience collaborating across departments such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

  • Experience developing SEO-driven content strategies — understands keyword research, backlink building, and on-page optimization best practices.

  • Skilled interviewer who can derive customer insights and translate them into compelling narratives.

  • Experience working with modern content and analytics tools — Framer/Webflow, Clay, Profound, SEMRush (or equivalents).

  • Experience writing GEO/LLM-first content, or willingness to learn.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for case study interviews and customer events across the U.S.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or category creation.

Who you are:
  • You move fast - you make decisions limited information and iterate.

  • You love being in a high-velocity, high-accountability environment.

  • You take extreme ownership. If something is broken, you fix it without waiting to be asked.

  • You operate with urgency and thrive when juggling multiple priorities.

  • You prefer action over meetings, scrappiness over perfection.

  • You’re hungry - you want to build, improve, and push for outcomes, not just maintain processes.

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary

  • Substantial equity package

  • Health & dental insurance (US)

  • 401(k) (US) or pension plan (UK)

  • All the latest tech you need (MacBook, monitor, etc.)

  • Monthly learning budget (books, courses, conferences)

  • Unlimited vacation policy

Why Join LiveFlow?

You’ll be joining at a defining moment and you’ll work directly with our founding team to shape the global perception of LiveFlow and help us build a brand that stands alongside the best in the world.

If you’ve ever wanted to own the narrative of a company, and see your creative fingerprints on every touchpoint - this is that role.
