Overview
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead and manage the strategy, production, and distribution of content across both B2B and B2C channels within a fast-moving, content-driven business.
This is a hybrid role that blends high-level strategy planning with hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for deciding what content gets made and who we work with, while also stepping in to execute key marketing initiatives across email, social, community, and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production (B2B)
- Own the content planning pipeline, including identifying talent, creators, and content opportunities
- Manage content budgets and allocate resources across productions
- Build and maintain production schedules to ensure consistent output
- Oversee compliance requirements, including 2257 documentation and model releases
- Manage relationships with third-party directors and production partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, studios, and talent
Marketing & Distribution (B2C)
- Lead B2C marketing initiatives to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention
- Own email marketing strategy and execution (ideation, campaign management, performance tracking; design handled separately)
- Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms
- Oversee and engage community channels, including Discord, driving engagement and retention.
- Develop and execute merchandise initiatives from concept to distribution
Events & Brand Presence
- Plan and execute presence at key industry and culture events, including:
• AVN
• XBIZ (LA, Miami, & Amsterdam)
• Select comic, gaming, and fan conventions
- Coordinate logistics, partnerships, and on-site execution for events and activations. Ensuring events translate into measure brand and audience growth.
Creator Partnerships & Originals
- Lead outreach to creators for original productions and collaborations
- Identify emerging talent and partnership opportunities
- Manage timelines and deliverables across creator-led content initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
- Experience or willingness working with external partners, agencies, or creators
- Familiarity with compliance processes (e.g., 2257) is a plus
- Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, and community tools (e.g., Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve performance
- Must be willing to travel for key industry events
- Has an interest to learn AI tools
