JOB SUMMARY:

The TownSq marketing team is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own and evolve our brand voice across social and digital content channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will lead the strategy, creation, and execution of high-impact content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership. You will act as the steward of our social presence and editorial ecosystem—bringing bold ideas, strong storytelling, and cultural relevance to how TownSq shows up in the market. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketer who understands how to build momentum through content and turn engagement into brand growth.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Social Strategy & Brand Voice

· Define and evolve TownSq’s voice, tone, and personality across all social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

· Build and execute a social media strategy that increases reach, engagement, and brand affinity

· Identify and leverage cultural trends, industry topics, and audience insights to keep content fresh and relevant

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

· Develop compelling, high-performing content (posts, short-form video, thought leadership, campaigns) that drives conversation and shareability

· Lead content planning through an editorial calendar aligned to marketing campaigns and business priorities

· Partner with design, copywriter, product marketing, and external resources to produce engaging content


Editorial & Digital Content Management

- Oversee supporting content channels including blog, email newsletters, ebooks, landing pages and web content

- Manage publishing workflows, optimize content for SEO, and continuously audit and refresh existing assets

- Ensure consistency in messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints

Cross-Functional Alignment

- Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing to align content with growth and retention goals

- Translate business priorities into content strategies that support pipeline generation and customer engagement

Performance & Optimization

- Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)

- Use insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve ROI

- Test new formats, platforms, and approaches to drive innovation

Preferred Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

· 5+ years of social media or brand marketing experience

· Bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

· Creative thinker with a strong understanding of internet culture and trends

· Strong instincts for social tone, voice and brand storytelling

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to manage many projects at once and meet tight deadlines

· Team oriented, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities

· Eager to learn, take feedback and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment

· Preferred but not required with tools and platforms such as, Jira, Canva, Hootsuite, Instapage, Asana, Pardot.
