The Position
We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialistto lead our content strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can develop high-quality content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and leads. You'll oversee content creation, distribution, and performance tracking while ensuring messaging aligns with our target users.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Execute a content marketing strategy that supports business goals and audience needs.
  • Create, edit, and manage various content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, case studies and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales and customer success.
  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation, ensuring best practices in keyword strategy, internal linking, and metadata.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across channels.
  • Oversee content distribution across multiple platforms, including the company website.
  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy based on insights.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all content.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, economics, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, data-driven content.
  • Experience with SEO best practices, content analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is a plus.
  • Experience using YCharts is a big advantage.

At YCharts, we are committed to pay equity and transparency in all locations, including compliance with local pay disclosure requirements: the base salary range for this role is $60,000-$85,000 USD, and the Total Cash Compensation range is $60,000-$93,500 USD inclusive of bonuses. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
