Go Maverick Group has a client who is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Content Marketing Strategist to support day-to-day marketing programs across a dynamic portfolio of industry-leading brands focused on premium, specialized batteries, chargers, and audio components for automotive, marine, and commercial markets, often targeting high-performance applications.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and enjoys managing multiple initiatives across digital channels, customer communications, and eCommerce platforms. The position plays a key role in supporting demand generation, brand consistency, and digital growth across our client’s diverse product and industry verticals.

The Content Marketing Strategist will take a hands-on approach in executing social media, website updates, email marketing, and eCommerce initiatives—working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and external partners to ensure cohesive, high-quality brand execution across all brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Website Management

  • Assist in updating multiple brand websites, including product pages, landing pages, and content updates while ensuring SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate website content updates with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams across all brands.
  • Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, engagement, lead activity) and support reporting and optimization efforts.

Social Media & Content Execution

  • Execute social media posting schedules across B2B and DTC platforms.
  • Coordinate website content updates with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams across all brands.
  • Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, engagement, lead activity) and support reporting and optimization efforts.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar.

Email Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Execute social media posting schedules and any other relevant platforms for multiple brands.
  • Assist in managing trade shows.
  • Develop and publish product, application, and company content aligned with each brand’s identity and guidelines.
  • Support newsletters, product announcements, promotions, and customer communications.
  • Maintain email lists, segment audiences, and ensure data hygiene.

eCommerce & Digital Sales Support

  • Support eCommerce initiatives, including product uploads, content updates, promotions, and merchandising coordination across multiple platforms.
  • Assist with pricing updates, SKU organization, and product content accuracy in collaboration with Product and Operations.
  • Help monitor eCommerce performance and customer behavior trends.


Marketing Operations & Coordination

  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project tracking to ensure on-time execution.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain marketing assets, templates, and documentation.
  • Support trade shows, promotions, and special initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of marketing, communications, or digital marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with social media, email marketing, and website content management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brand projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Current professional portfolio required.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B manufacturing, mobile electronics, automotive, marine, or technical markets.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, analytics (GA4), and eCommerce fundamentals.
