We are hiring a Content Video Marketing Specialist in Austin, TX. You will plan, create, and optimize video content that attracts high-intent audiences, educates buyers, and drives pipeline for Silktide.

Where you will work

You will spend 3 days per week in our Downtown Austin office, with the remaining days for focused work. We value time together for coaching, collaboration, and learning from one another. You will also collaborate with teammates in the UK, Denmark, Germany, and Australia.

What you will doVideo Strategy and Planning
  • Build and maintain a video content roadmap aligned to ICPs, buyer stages, and business priorities

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Growth to define video themes, formats, distribution plans, and success metrics

Video Creation and Storytelling
  • Plan, script, and produce short and long-form video content including product explainers, educational videos, webinars, social clips, and event content

  • Turn complex, technical topics into clear, engaging visual stories

  • Create customer-focused video content such as case studies, testimonials, and proof points

Production and Editing
  • Own the end-to-end video workflow from concept to final cut

  • Handle filming, editing, captions, and basic motion graphics using modern video tools

  • Maintain a repeatable production process that balances quality with speed

Distribution and Growth
  • Work with Growth to distribute video across website, email, social, paid campaigns, and sales enablement

  • Repurpose video content into clips, thumbnails, landing page assets, and supporting written content

  • Optimize videos for discoverability, engagement, and conversion

Web, Conversion, and Enablement
  • Collaborate on landing pages and site experiences where video can improve clarity and conversion

  • Support Sales and Customer Success with video assets for demos, onboarding, and education

Accessibility, Quality, and Consistency
  • Ensure all video content meets accessibility best practices including captions, contrast, and clarity

  • Own video voice, tone, and visual consistency across channels

  • Raise the quality bar while keeping content practical and human

Measurement and Iteration
  • Track performance across views, engagement, retention, and pipeline influence

  • Analyze what works, share insights, and double down on high-performing formats

About you
  • You are a resident of Austin, TX (or willing to relocate) and fluent in English

  • 3–5+ years of experience creating video content for B2B, ideally in SaaS or tech

  • Strong portfolio showing storytelling, production quality, and business-focused outcomes

  • Comfortable scripting, filming, editing, and publishing video independently

  • Experience with video tools for editing, captioning, and light motion graphics

  • Good instincts for what performs across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and websites

  • Organized creator who can manage multiple projects and stakeholders

  • Collaborative partner to Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success

  • Familiarity with accessibility principles for video is a strong plus

Compensation
  • Base salary: $59,000 to $79,000
