As a Contract Activation Analyst, you'll manage GPO and IDN memberships, administer contracts, ensure accurate pricing, and drive process improvements.

Join Stryker’s Contract Activation team and play a key role in ensuring accurate contract activation and pricing for our customers. As a Contract Activation Analyst, you’ll manage Group Purchasing Organization(GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) memberships, administer contracts, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. This is an opportunity to become a subject matter expert in contract lifecycle management while supporting critical business operations.
What You Will Do
- Administer GPO and IDN contracts across multiple systems, ensuring accurate pricing and membership eligibility
- Process Letters of Commitment (LOCs), GPO changes, and price activations in alignment with contract terms
- Maintain GPO and IDN membership rosters and implement structured audit processes to validate accuracy
- Analyze customer data and sales information to evaluate LOC requests and pricing eligibility
- Support contract audit requests by providing documentation and pricing data to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Customer Solutions team members throughout the contract activation cycle
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Manage relationships with internal teams such as Contracting and Customer Intelligence to ensure seamless operations
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with, and/or certification in contract lifecycle management and rebate & fee calculation tools and technologies (e.g., Model N) and ERPs
- Experience in medical device or technology industry
$60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
