With offices in North America, South America, and Europe, Rocket Lawyer has helped over 30 million people create over 50 million legal documents, and get their legal questions answered.

We are in a unique position to enhance and expand the Rocket Lawyer platform to a scale never seen before in the company’s history, to capture audiences worldwide. We are expanding our team to take on this challenge!

About Rocket Legal Professional Services (RLPS)

As Rocket Lawyer’s Arizona-based law firm, RLPS provides complete legal services for Rocket Lawyer members. RLPS is an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) law firm, which allows for non-attorney ownership of RLPS. Rocket Lawyer Incorporated, acting as a staffing agency, contracts with attorneys all over the country who then get assigned to RLPS to provide specific legal services.

Rocket Lawyer and RLPS started this contract attorney legal services program in July of 2025 with great success! We are now expanding the program and building the next phase of growth! That is where you come in and why we are inviting you to join this new legal services program.

About your role

This is a remote, independent contractor position, where you will work with Rocket Lawyer members to provide legal services in your licensed jurisdiction(s). Attorneys in the program will be assigned matters that correspond with their practice areas and availability. There is no charge, you can quit anytime, and you can pick and choose what legal services you want to accept. RLPS provides the Rocket Lawyer customers and handles the administrative tasks  – intake/client notes, invoicing, collecting the money, etc. You simply provide the legal services. Onboarding is simple and we can start connecting you with clients immediately after you are signed up.

This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy client interaction, practical problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while still being supported by a team. Depending on your practice area and jurisdiction, matters may include legal consultations, document review and drafting, contract-related work, business matters, estate planning, consumer issues, and other general legal services.

In addition to contracting with Rocket Lawyer to perform legal services through the law firm, Rocket Lawyer also continues to rely on attorneys to answer questions (Ask a Legal Pro) and to provide legal informational consults (Consult a Legal Pro) on the Rocket Lawyer Platform.

How you will make a difference day to day

  • Work remotely with customers sent directly to you, allowing you to collaborate with them virtually at times that work best for both parties.
  • Provide legal service to Rocket Lawyer members via paid engagements to deliver clearly defined legal services
  • Provide legal information to customers via brief, written responses using our Ask a Legal Pro service.
  • Connect with customers by phone for 20-minute live consults requested and scheduled from the Rocket Lawyer platform.

What you’ll need
